Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If you have not received a tracking email within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

For international orders, delivery times depend on the local postal service and customs procedures in the destination country.
